залив шелла

Прошу вашай помощи в заливке шелла на Ipb 2.3.6. (есть логин и пасс главного админа ) , все способы что описаны сдесь не помогли (стоит запрет на запись даже для папки upload ) пасс для FTP не подходит . Что можно сделать ... уже сутки сижу ломаю голову
Это мой первый взлом -(

 

пробуй в другие папки...если на аплоад стоит запрет то большая вероятность что мало полезного извлечешь из данного шела..так как прав будет немного..хотя если порутаешь....
