    I think, that the best dictionary is your own head. For PPC I like to use Partner Dictionary.

    I usually use Lingvo or QDictionary (small programm which translates by navigating mouse on the word;
    it monitors the clipboard; in any program, a simple copy of the word to the clipboard using "Copy" command will have as effect the automatic search of the word in the dictionary.)

    I am using Abby Lingvo 12, and online dictionary at lingvo.ru. The best thing about AL 12 is that it has many options, and about million words and phrases.The best options I like is that, when you surf through the internet, any word you navigate on, AL 12 will show the translation of that word. I can even understand Turkish and French sites. The good thing about lingvo.ru is that it has 5 different languages and similar options as AL 12.

    Yeah, Lingvo is really the best program to translate =) It is helpful in the cases when you need just to know only one word or phrase. Using other programs such as Magic Guddy, Promt, Socrat you would get only stupid but funny result =)
