a fair market rate, and have a lot of jobs, the person i was using from this site before he staarted been unserious,did over 10 jobs for me in a span of 1 month.He was really good, but after christmas he became unreliable do not know why
it's sad story bro. but i'm not sure this is good place for looking developer. you can try upwork or some other freelance portals. but if you want to try right there you need to ask in different forum part with job. this part only for development. also my advise is using russian language. i'm not sure someone except me will talk with you in english. good luck and use upwork. this is information security and penetration testing russian forum. if you still want to use this forum you need to read rules. and move your topic to jobs part. this part only about development.
