вот нашел такой проксик на перле http://www.jmarshall.com/tools/cgiproxy/ там в форму вводится адрес сайта, он отправляется скрипту через форму броузера и возвращается скриптом сайт, насколько я понял это не такой прокси, который слушает определённый порт, который можно прописать в настройках экплорера и серфить через него? возможен ли впринципе такой скрипт на перле, который будет слушать определенный порт? php анонимайзер у меня почему-то при запуске показывает только исходный код(
